Sick Days & Make Up Days

In order to keep our students as healthy as possible, if any fever, vomiting, strep infection, Covid and/or other excessive symptoms are present, your child will need to stay home. They may return to the program 24 hours after the last fever without reducing meds and/or throw up. Sick days will not be counted against your student.

After a total of 7 program days have accumulated for the entire class (snow/weather, unexpected personal days, sickness, etc.), we will extend the end of the school year calendar to have make up days. If there are less than 7 days in which the program has been cancelled, no days will be made up.

Communication & Photos

We will be using our own private Facebook group/page for all classroom communications.

If you give permission for photo release, we will happily send classroom pictures as well within the group. A photo release form will need to be filled out for each child.

Pick up

Students MUST be picked up promptly at 2pm. If someone other than their legal guardian will be picking them up, it will need to be submitted in writing (via text, email or hand written) and the person picking up will need to provide a valid ID before the child is transferred to them.

Field Trips

We plan to offer one field trip (or special event) each month. This cost will be the sole responsibility of the family for their individual child(ren). Field trips will be considered optional. A parent or guardian must attend and be responsible for their own child for all field trips attended. Siblings are also welcome to join under their own parent’s supervision.
