Tuition & Fees

Tuition includes the following…

Program attendance Monday through Thursday, 8:45am - 2pm.

Four 1-on-1 instructional/guided learning sessions per child each month, touching on all subjects (ex: math, reading, writing, science, history, art, gym).

Free remote video access to the classroom to check in on your students at any point during the day (this service is included through the dance studio- they will send you log in info.)

An end of the year portfolio for you to submit as your “homeschool” education proof. This will include your students work and progress during the year for each subject and reading list.

Tuition Fees

Tuition for our program is $420 per child, per month.

Tuition is due on or before the 1st of each month for the months of September through June.

A $25 late fee will be implemented if the monthly tuition amount is paid after the 5th of the month.

*Please note that the monthly tuition is a set amount, which stays the same, regardless of how many days your student attends that month due to sickness, holidays, weather, cancellations, etc.

Additional Fees

Learning Tools Subscriptions - We will be using a few different online learning tools/apps. It is your responsibility to sign up for and cover the costs associated with these subscriptions. If you would like your child to utilize these tools (not required but highly encouraged!), please make selections from the list below. You must also provide a chromebook or other suitable device for your children to access these tools as well as their login info for the apps.

Mathseeds: $8.33/Month ($99.99 billed yearly up to four kids.)

Reading Eggs: $5.83/Month ($69.99 billed yearly for 4 kids)

Zearn: Free (middle school)

Lexia: $175/Year (middle school)

Initial Program Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of $100 per child is required to reserve your space in our program. (This also serves as our yearly supply fee and is in addition to the tuition amount.)

Payment Methods

Families may make tuition payments via EFA funds or personal checks.

As long as EFA payments are initiated/submitted to ClassWallet by the 1st of each month, no late fee will be added to your account. We understand that processing times vary greatly with EFA/CSF!
